Media Truth

"Hold strongly to the principle of truth as the credibility of an institution depends on it" said Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi, the PM.
Media truth and freedom of the press do not exist anywhere in this world. There always be bias in media reporting as long as human being do the reporting.
Media are controlled by their owner/shareholder/stakeholder which always takes side.
Mainstream media usually support the government of the day and the dominant political parties. So it is always expected to see NST or Utusan or The Star or TV3 etc reporting the way they do now.
Same goes to Harakah, Rocket, Siasah, Malaysia Today etc...Will Rocket reports bad things about LKS?Will Siasah call DSAI as a traitor? Will Harakah condemn Hadi about his political fatwa?
Well, that's how it was. Its a matter of setting the agenda and upholding the hegemony.
